This website and the open-source Measure Your Gradient application are free resources that make it possible to quickly and easily measure the gradient profiles produce by your HPLC instrument.

The Measure Your Gradient methodology was developed by Megan Magee and Paul Boswell, Research Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota. The gradient back-calculation methodology is the product of work from Paul Boswell, Jonathan Schellinger, Peter Carr, Adrian Hegeman, and Jerry Cohen.
